The data collected by the Phyling mobile app, and what we do with it.

1. Introduction
This privacy policy describes how Phyling (hereinafter “we”) collects and uses the personal data of users of the Phyling mobile app (hereinafter “the App”), published by Phyling (phyling.fr), a company established in France.
By using the App, you accept the terms of this policy.
2. Data collected
The App collects the following data, which it needs to work:
- motion data: accelerometer, gyroscope and inertial measurement unit (IMU);
- physiological data: heart rate, via Phyling sensors or Apple HealthKit;
- location data: GPS position, with your prior consent;
- Bluetooth data: identifiers and data transmitted by Phyling sensors.
3. Use of the data
This data is used exclusively for:
- viewing and analysing the data from your connected sensors;
- communicating with Phyling hardware;
- improving the features of the App.
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your explicit consent (GDPR, Articles 6 and 9 for health data), collected the first time you use the App through the iOS permission requests (location, health, motion, Bluetooth).
You can withdraw your consent at any time in your device settings, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
5. Retention and security
Your data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, then deleted or anonymised. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, and to object to its processing.

7. Changes
Phyling reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The update date shown at the top of this page will be changed accordingly.
